Positive: الموقع ثم الموقع... خطوات من الساحه ومن كل شئ
الشقه نظيفه كامله رغم أنها قديمه نوعا ما
المالك متعاون جدا و متفهم
محطه الباص على باب الشقه والترام على بعد خطوات في الساحه
Negative: الشقه قديمه نوعا ما بحاجه للصيانه
يوجد رائحه طبيخ في مدخل العماره والحمامات فقط رببما بسبب المطاعم المحيطه
عدم وجود مصعد
استلام و تسليم المفتاح من سوبر ماركت سبارا في الجهه المقابله من الساحه (5دقائق مشي)

Positive: Top Lage, Tram quasi vor der Tür, Lebensmittelgeschäft in unmittelbarer Nähe, geräumiger Wohnbereich, Geschirrspüler, Küche gut ausgestattet, einfache Schlüsselorganisation,
Negative: Kein konstantes Warmwasser - während dem Duschen ein ständiger Wechsel von kalt und heiß, Schlafen im Wohnbereich viel zu laut - fast durchgehend Lärm in der Gasse, nur 1 kleines Kippfenster für das gesamte Appartement
