We had an amazing stay, location is ideal with very friendly, helpful staff. We would recommend!
Positive: We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the room was perfect with the tube station only a 5 minute walk away. The bed was perfect and very comfy. Lots of room for storage in the room and the en-suite was perfect!
Negative: We would have liked to have been provided with some extra bedding in the room. We only had one pillow each and a sheet, we would’ve liked the option of extra pillows and a duvet. There was some slight stains in the carpet and in the shower which maybe should be addressed but it didn’t bother us greatly.
